Dr. Robert Oexman is the CEO and Founder of Somly, a telemedicine company that specializes in treating insomnia using Cognitive Behavioral Therapy.
Dr. Oexman received a doctorate from Cleveland Chiropractic College and a Master of Business Administration from Missouri State University.
Over the course of his career, he created and managed Sleep to Live, a sleep research facility that studies the impact that environment and pain can have on sleep. Additionally, he has developed and patented unique testing equipment for monitoring sleep.
He has experience managing research projects at Stanford, Harvard, The University of Toronto, and Duke University, in addition to the medical and research divisions for a multinational fortune 500 company.
Dr. Oexman is also a member of the American Academy of Sleep Medicine. Throughout his career, he has contributed to publications such as The Huffington Post, Entrepreneur, LA Times, Newsweek, and many more.
