You were born knowing how to sleep — it’s your lifestyle that made it difficult. As you go throughout the day, your actions impact your drive for sleep. Over the course of our program, you will understand the science of your sleep.
When you begin your CBTI program, we want to make sure you are prepared for what it takes to beat your insomnia. You must be dedicated to the program during its duration, filling out all necessary logs and documents within the given time frame. We understand that you have a busy life, but CBTI is a program that requires your full attention while you are receiving treatment. We, in turn, will offer you the same respect when it comes to timeliness and expedience.
